M. Nehad (Ned) Allam, Principal, began his career in  the world-renowned architectural firm of Hugh  Newell Jacobsen.

In 1976 he came to Canada with Project Planning to collaborate with a major developer on 3 large international resort projects. Southern Pacific Properties was run at that time by Peter Munk and David Gilmor.

The first of these developments was located near the great pyramids of Giza in Egypt. In addition to a large hotel complex, it entailed a 25,000 acre fishing area. Strict guidelines were required to maintain purity of the environment and the cultural setting of the pyramids. The urban part of the development was 3.5 km. away from the pyramids in an area carefully selected so as not to  impact the view.

The second large development was the King Abdul Aziz University Kingdom which started out as a 5 billion dollar project and later went to 40 billion. It has since been divided among several companies. The third  project was the dome on the capital of Tanzania.

 Mr. Allam gained expertise with a wide range of companies. Array Architect's ability to handle large developments is founded on this hard won experience. Our forte is production and the ability to function, no matter how large or complex the development.
